Meet the Executive team
Jessica Oliphant is a student at NYU, studying Public Policy. At Bring on the Books, Jessica started off as Community Outreach Intern, moving up to Community Engagement Coordinator before transitioning to her current role as Executive Director. She is from St. Louis, Missouri and considers herself a mediocre runner and pizza enthusiast.
Director of Marketing
Jason Lin is a Junior at New York University, studying Media, Culture, and Communication and Economics. As well as serving as Bring on the Books' lead marketing strategist, he mobilizes student involvement in addressing social issues with NYU Alternative Breaks, mentors first-year students at Goddard Residential College. In his free time, Jason writes, (attempts to) stay fit and eats—a lot!
Angel is from Long Island, New York. She's currently studying Media, Culture, and Communication at NYU. Her hobbies include admiring dogs that pass by her on the street, attempting to bake, and wasting time on the internet. A lover of stories, she is excited to be a part of the Bring on the Books team and have the opportunity to help foster a greater appreciation for books and literacy.
